Moms deserved allllll the love on Mother’s Day, 2020. And they got a healthy dose of it from CVS.

The CVS Beauty Mark lets customers see the difference between authentic and digitally altered photos of models. In an effort to help set a new standard of beauty — one that is real and transparent — the Beauty Mark is our pledge to pass a healthy self-image on to the next generation.
Users were encouraged to share a photo on Instagram or Twitter for a chance to see it to go live on a Times Square digital billboard. My photo went live and was in the rotation for 48 hours.

I won a CVS Health breakthrough award for my work on the K-Beauty campaign. The work covered 2 pop-up shops in NYC. One in Columbus Circle and the other in Times Square.

To engage, educate and empower customers at shelf, I created a question and answer approach that simulated a conversation in over 50 signs. These signs spanned multiple front store categories and appeared in every aisle of the store. By demonstrating all 4 attributes of our brand voice — caring, encouraging, clear, and conversational — this voice quickly became known as the CVS Health trusted advisor. Or, the voice of the front store.
